They are equally famous for their controversial use of authentic medical and forensic photography for album art, which serves as a visual manifesto for their 'reality-based' lyrical themes. Throughout their career, spanning from their 2014 demo to the 2025 release 'Malignant Worthlessness', they have maintained a consistent partnership with Profound Lore Records.
