RIVKA

RIVKA is a Pittsburgh-based duo consisting of producer Reggie Wilkins and vocalist Rebecca Dulberg. Emerging in 2011, they became a notable fixture in the second wave of chillwave and the burgeoning witch house scene. Their sound identity is characterized by a 'submerged' aesthetic, utilizing heavy reverb, side-chained compression, and slowed-down percussion that bridges the gap between the indie-electronic of Washed Out and the darker, more industrial textures of oOoOO or White Ring.
