Formed in London during 2007, The Big Pink is a British indie rock group currently featuring multi-instrumentalists Robbie Furze, Akiko Matsuura, and Charlie Barker. The band joined the 4AD label in 2009, the same year they received the NME Philip Hall Radar Award. Their discography includes five singles and two studio albums, A Brief History of Love and Future This, which were released in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
