Winds sounds like a high-end chamber ensemble that happens to be fronted by a world-class metal band. The music is anchored by Andy Winter's elegant, classically-trained piano work, which provides a sophisticated foundation for Carl August Tidemann's fluid, lightning-fast guitar solos.
