Your iPhone

Your iPhone is a pocket-sized window into your library. Sign in once, pick the albums you want with you, and they’re yours to play wherever you go, even with no signal.

Setting it up

Install Cassette Player on your iPhone and sign in with the same account. Your phone then shows up here under Devices, alongside your Mac, with its own page for choosing what to carry.

Your Mac and your phone don’t need to be on the same network. The phone talks to your library, so setup works from anywhere.

Choosing what comes along

You don’t have to fit your whole collection on your phone. From the phone’s device page, mark the albums you want on it, and only those are copied across. Change your mind any time: unmark an album to free up space, or add more before a trip.

Playing offline

Once an album is on your phone, it plays straight from the device, no connection required. On a plane, on the subway, or out of signal, the music you brought is right there in full quality.

Staying in step

Your phone mirrors the same library as everywhere else. Favorite a song or build a playlist on one device and it shows up on the others. New music you add on your Mac is ready to send to your phone whenever you want it.
